Just A Stranger (2019)
Directed by: Jason Paul Laxamana
This movie is like your status in love...
It’s complicated.
Andaming gustong marating ng pelikula. Hindi siya cohesive. The tone is not consistent.
How to inject humor on a sacred conversation. Paano mas magiging mainit ang hot scenes. Etc. Some of it worked. But mostly, it made the movie lost its sincerity.
Nakakapanghinayang si Anne Curtis because she was not maximized to her fullest potential. Other than that, she’s just like part of a stunning cinematography—along with Marco Gumabao.
The story is a beautiful one. It's not the same old infidelity issues again. They gave something more. Only if they saw how powerful that message is—that they need no other gimmicks... this movie could be a lot better.
In the end, that beautiful story was not told in the most heartfelt way possible.
JUST A STRANGER
⭐️⭐️
p.s. Abangan nyo yung very last scene at lines sa labas ng church.
