Greenland 2: Migration (2026)
Directed by: Ric Roman Waugh

In post‑apocalyptic stories, the will to live should be conveyed effectively. But here, all of them seem ready to die already. It’s just a matter of how and when.
The movie is like an alternate universe of 𝘍𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘋𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, except the death scenes aren’t creative. Disasters, both natural and manmade, passes by without leaving an impact.
There’s very little intimacy in their conversations. When they do speak, it doesn’t feel like they value the moment or draw strength from one another. They rarely reminisce or appreciate what remains.
Characters come and go too quickly, leaving no time to build connections. You never truly get to know anyone, making it hard to feel emotionally invested.
In the end, the movie delivers a wrap‑up speech that tries too hard to be emotional.
The mood isn’t blue, and it isn’t green.
They land as cheesy and corny.
