No problem with Piolo Pascual in terms of drama. But when it comes to the fighting scenes, the choreography feels underwhelming. The editing and scoring didn’t help in adding more thrill and tension to the scenes. The abrupt insertion of flashbacks are also distracting.

Throwing in a few one-liners about the government and coup d'état won’t elevate the film’s thin screenplay. The story is bare—with mostly narrations trying to put things together.

Just like the movie’s unexciting title, 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘙𝘪𝘥𝘦 failed to pick up speed within its 64-minute runtime.
