Janine Gutierrez and JC de Vera gave justice to their roles. You can feel the sorrow with their facial expressions. You can sense the anger from their actions.

Being a teacher, JC de Vera’s character is able to give importance to education while putting its financial repercussions on hindsight.

Janine Gutierrez speaks through her heart. She is exceptional in all confrontational scenes, uttering every word with feelings.

Hindi kumpleto ang pamilyang ito kung wala ang asaran ng mga magagaling na batang aktor na sina Luke Simon Cornel and Althea Ruedas. Pinasaya nila ang pelikula.

Sign language is given its utmost significance. The deaf community is represented well. The situation is nuanced, at the same time, the pain is universal.

The scoring adds depth to the defeaning silence. The nonlinear events create gradual progression of excitement and yearning for their love story.

The ending is the weakest part. The movie concludes in the most convenient way, running away from the core issue. Nonetheless, what they’ve said from the beginning will not be unheard. The last word is the most powerful one.
