Fan Girl has all the strong elements to represent a community beyond fandom, but only a few select qualities were highlighted. Read full here.


2. ISA PANG BAHAGHARI (Joel Lamangan)

The presence of heartwarming scenes and dedicated actors can be considered as the best asset of this movie. While all the other things need improvement. Read full here.

4. MANG KEPWENG (Topel Lee)

The journey of Mang Kepweng is fun to watch, but not enough to make your day. Read full here. 


5. MAGIKLAND (Christian Acuña)

The movie has shown potential with its magical theme and visual effects, but the storytelling lacked the details and imagination to depict a world outside the ordinary. Read full here.


6. SUAREZ: THE HEALING PRIEST (Joven Tan)

7. COMING HOME (Adolfo Alix Jr.)

Presented many family problems, but neither reached a proper resolution. Hindi pamilya ang tingin mo sa kanila. Kundi mga artistang nagsama-sama para sa iisang proyekto kung saan bida si Jinggoy Estrada. Read full here.


8. TAGPUAN (McArthur Alejandre)

Kung walang narration, maaaring hindi na sila nakabuo ng isang pelikula. Full of empty words in an attempt to put meaning in every location and discussion that they have. Read full here. 


9. THE MISSING (Easy Ferrer)

What’s Missing in this movie is a proper direction to put all the promising elements into its rightful places and not into waste. Read full here.


10. PAKBOYS TAKUSA (Al Tantay)

Welcome to a world where no one is thinking clearly and everyone is okay with it. Nagkakalokohan lang tayong lahat sa palabas nato. Read full here.
